i don't know if this is the place for such a spitballing but i really want Cecil to get a more legit way of commenting/reporting on happenings, one that doesn't involve harassing the TARDIS, who probably has different definitions of what constitutes a crisis. i want that to be a thing, would ROMAC view that as an acceptable or worthwhile undertaking, would they try to exert some kind of control over his reporting or not really care what one mild mannered Riftie does for a hobby, or would they be so uninterested that he'd have to work out a way of doing this himself?
