Modly post of modliness

Just posting an update about various small changes. Nothing drastic, but it might be wise to look over it anyway.

One notable thing is we added a player contact list. Information there is only what's already available by going to the individual character's apps and such.

Do you think such a list should be locked access to game members only, or kept open?

Also, let us know if you'd like to add/edit/remove contact information regarding yourself on the list.

* Calender is finally updated again, as are all other posts with character stuff, more or less. And it's nice if, in the case of your character changing faction or living place or powers or whatever, or if's something inaccurate, you could drop a comment at the appropriate post so we can update.

* Went through and tweaked the rules:
- Various language clarifications, less rambling.
- PB icons are no longer required to be photographic, though it is preferred.
- Powers CAN change over time, or be discovered later, but please ask a mod before you do it if the change is significant. (We might also have an event for power switcheroo, so no one feels trapped with their powers, but that's a long way off still.)
- Opened applications for playing native characters to anyone, since we felt limiting it to current players means we get less new players.
- Native characters will ALWAYS be original, not fandom, but they can have powers.
- There is no longer a minimum activity requirement, since it's so difficult to draw the line and activity is relative. We'll still nudgee you a little if you're slacking too much.
- Changed it so you can immediatly apply for two characters instead of one. It still says you can only apply once a month after that, but we're honestly not too fussed about making sure enough time has passed. The important thing is that you don't bite off more than you can chew.

And we'd like to remind you that anyone can use both the network and dreaming freely. Characters can make silly/off-topic open posts, and comment on things even if they don't know the other character, it's the internet, who cares. It's a more chilled out form of RPing.

And you don't have to have dreamwalking powers to start a private or open post in the dreaming. Sometimes people just randomly meet in a shared dream. Topher's just one of the few who can do it INTENTIONALLY.

We also plan to do a dream event that is open to ANYONE, including characters and players not yet part of the game, to voice-test or so you can tempt friends to come try it out or whatever. Plus, it lets game characters meet a wider variety of people. We'll make a seperate post about it when we've decided when it'll happen - have to find a time that's good for both of us. Hopefully very soon.

Umm, I think that's it. Leave a comment if you have thoughts/questions/concerns/opinions, or if you just want to give us a pat on the back or whatever.
