Heyo, Carrie here, breaking my long-held lady streak to give you this cherub. Because this is what happens when you mainline all of SU over the course of four days, and love all your children equally, but realize Steven is probably the only character you can app who wouldn't spend 98% of their time worrying about Steven.

SO HERE HE IS. There are already plans for him to bond with the Balladeer (musical optimists unite!), but let's be real, he wants to befriend absolutely everyone whether they like it or not.

I cannot even begin to express how amazed Cole will be by each of these two individually but especially in conjunction. Someone who can kind of do what he does, but with MUSIC - and someone who is legitimately the most compassionate being in the known multiverse? He's going to physically attach himself to at least one of them. Fusion would probably be messy.

I wish I could say Jess would bond with Steven, but this is what happens when Jess hangs out with small enthusiastic prepubescent people. He'd probably be annoyed by Steven but also secretly kinda like him.

Psh, Steven is far less obnoxious than that kid. His questions would probably be far more personal, though. Less 'why does your hair stick up like that?' and more 'why are you so grumpy all the time? are you okay?'

Regardless, it will probably mostly be met with deflection. XD Also Jess has a tendency to assume people think the worst of him and/or doesn't give a shit about him, and act accordingly. So he'd probably like Steven (at least eventually), it would just take ages to show it. XD

(I can not remember ever seeing those. When I google "troll doll" images, I mostly get ones with regular belly buttons. But hey, ok! Also they're apparently from the 60s? You learn something new every day.)

(...I may have mentioned it, but. A good friend of mine - my best friend's partner - worked on that movie. He did the detail sculpting for the troll on the poster. He's shown me the files. Just FYI.)
