so hey. as some of you are aware, Cecil, the Voice of Night Vale, has joined the game. as some of you are perhaps also aware, his Radio Voice now counts as a power. While normally used to protect citizens from at least some degree of harm in his home town, given his displacement in mostly-non-lethal New York, some debacles can be expected. Namely, a back-dated post i have planned re: post-St Patrick's Day street cleaning. With the help of his new friend the TARDIS and his supernaturally convincing radio demeanour, your character has the option of 'tuning in' to a broadcast via their phone or other device, warning of the dangers of the street cleaning apocalypse. if you don't want your character to be irrationally panicked, that's fine, they just didn't have their phone on them or whatever you like, and if you don't see room in your character's recent past for a panicked event, Cecil will definitely broadcast the next day when it turns out that no one got ripped apart by street cleaners, giving your character an out as far as not remembering this crisis as a crisis, because it turned out to be a non-crisis. street cleaning day is march 17! sorry for the non-linearity.
