It's me, Kathryn, and I'm bringing in Andrew Noble, aka the brb_gallifrey/secretsinspaace version of the meta-crisis!Doctor. He has the same origin anyone who's watched the show knows, though afterward he went through a rough patch, broke up with Rose, and met James. The two of them have been living together for a good while now, getting all domestic and, er, romantic, and recently left the Earth aboard their adorable little spaceship-house to go exploring in the great wide universe. He's coming from the same point in time as James, but will arrive separately. They have three dogs back home, who are not coming into the game with James and Andrew (but may show up later); for anyone concerned about the fate of imaginary dogs (...like me :c), rest assured that they'll be cared for by William, the boys' robot-squid-butler, for as long as they remain in their home universe.
Andrew's power is to divide himself into identical duplicates. He cannot increase his overall mass while doing this, though, so the more Andrews he splits into, the smaller each one must be. Full details are in his application.
In other news, look for a modly post on this community in the near future, as we'll be making a few announcements and seeking your input.
