Alright, Krissy here, with my fifth character, because apparently I CAN'T STOP MYSELF.
Seth here comes from Misfits, and he has the power to deal powers - i.e. take powers away and give them to others. After a bit of time with the rift, he can also use a power he's got stored inside himself, though not quite frivolously.
He's from Manchester, and everyone had superpowers in his homeworld too, so he's pretty used to weird shit. And he's nice though he's pretty reserved. His app is

Seth actually came through the rift several months ago, but he ended up held prisoners and used for his powers by the rebels, under the excuse that he's a danger to others, because he tried to run away from the island and acted in self-defense. (Haha did you think the rebels were this shiny beacon of niceness compared to Romac?)

abridged version of my favourite episode (Warning for blood and headshots and suicide attempt.), in which in an AU world the Nazis do pretty much the exact same thing the rebels having - using him for his powers - and he's just a giant woobie throughout the entire thing.
Also he's like, super pretty.
His first thread's with Gabe, but after that I'm totally open for threading if anyone wants to do one. Or if you want to make use of his power, that can also be arranged!
